Fantastic experience: Recommend Dynamic Body’s 110 percent! I was unfit, unconfident, and uncoordinated. Darryl gave me the confidence to achieve goals and be comfortable when working out. I get bored easily, and found his programs extremely helpful and kept my attention. Having access to a private gym, made it much easier for me to discover how to move effectively, without feeling awkward. Recommend 110%
